My latest Forbes Expert Panel (#12 in the listing below) highlights how I helped a recent client. Much of my work is with clients who are putting the polish or branding on their career or leadership style. But I also work with clients who are stuck and not getting the results they want to achieve. In those cases, we need to go deeper to discover what is derailing their progress. To do this, I gather feedback from key stakeholders on what is holding my client back and then develop an action plan to address that feedback. It requires humility from the client and cooperation from the stakeholders. When both are in place, the performance of the client increases, along with the performance of the team.
