A word from Jill
As you search for a coach, it’s so important to find the right mutual fit, in terms of approach, experience, focus, availability and personality. To that end, here’s a little more about me, my approach and what you can expect when you work with me:
My niche is you. I am in love with human potential in all forms. It is not specific to your demographics, your industry, your company size, or your level in the organization. I want to meet you where you are and help you find the way forward. I will listen to your story and make space for you to be yourself as you learn. As we work together, I will help you pull out what makes you tick so that you can unlock your full potential and become the healthiest version of yourself.
I am not a large coaching and consulting conglomerate and will never pass you off to a junior staff member. My clients work directly with me.
I carry a limited number of engagements because I am at my best as a coach when I have flexibility and availability in my schedule to accommodate my clients’ needs. A limited number of engagements allows me to be energized and on my game for each session vs. working my way through a packed schedule.
Her 360 interview style created trust and openness from all levels of the organization.
“Jill was retained as my Executive Coach for 15 months, a period that included a transition of a new CEO. Jill helped me to open my eyes to my strengths and behavioral roadblocks. Her 360 interview style created trust and openness from all levels of the organization, and her insightfulness and ability to detect systematic themes across the interviews drove a robust development plan. This feedback created the foundation for our engagement, and her “on call availability” and ability to incisively cut to the root cause of challenges I was having throughout this time enabled me to focus on what was important and to contribute significantly more value to our organization. I strongly recommend Jill without reservation for executive coaching and other leadership development roles.”
