Yes. Every engagement is tailored to meet the unique needs of each team and organization.

Do Jill's team development engagements take place in person or remotely?

It depends on the project. Almost all retreats are provided in person. Workshops are provided remotely or in person, and consulting, ongoing support and coaching are typically provided remotely, via Zoom.

While Jill has standard practices and protocols, the specific tools she uses vary by client and can include those focused on team, communication, motivation, personality and/or leadership assessments. She also utilizes a library of resources from books to podcasts to targeted articles aimed at a client’s specific development needs.
